Monthly bookkeeping is $675 a month for Basic, $800 for Premium (adds AP and AR management, QuickBooks Essentials and up to 6 accounts) and $1,125 for Executive (QuickBooks Plus and up to 12 accounts). Every plan includes your QuickBooks Online subscription, and paying for the year saves 10%. Payroll starts at $150 a month.
Yes. Our catch-up and cleanup packages start at $550 one-time, then we can keep you current with a monthly plan.
QuickBooks Online is included in every monthly bookkeeping plan: Simple Start with Basic, Essentials with Premium and Plus with Executive. We also work in Xero if you already use it. Payroll runs on Gusto, which bills its subscription separately. Already using other software? Ask us.
